We offer sessions in person in Boise, Idaho or virtually via telehealth. We are also able to work virtually with clients located in Oregon, California, Colorado, Virginia, New Jersey, and Arizona.

INSURANCE COVERAGE & PRIVATE PAY RATES

We are in network with Blue Cross, Regence, St. Luke's Health Plan, Mountain Health Co-Op LINK and Engage, PacificSource, Select Health, and are in the process of getting credentialed with United Healthcare. Many insurance plans fully cover nutrition counseling sessions, but it depends on your specific plan. We can also provide a "Superbill" that you can submit to your health insurance for out of network coverage.

Our private pay rates are $200 for an initial session and $165 for a follow-up. If we don't accept your insurance and you cannot afford these rates, please reach out via the "Get in Touch" tab - we are often able to offer reduced rates and have a limited number of sliding scale spots available.
